Yesterday was World Food Day ๐๐ฝ๏ธ, and we're proud to share how our teams across Europe joined forces to make a difference!
๐ต๐ฑ Warsaw, Poland: Our Warsaw office organized food donations to "Dobro Czyniฤ", an organization assisting people affected by the recent devastating floods in Poland. We're committed to supporting our community during these challenging times. ๐โค๏ธ
๐ฉ๐ช Germering, Germany: The team in Germering made a generous food donation to a local food bank. ๐ฆ๐ฅซ We captured some moments while selecting food in the Advantech Germering warehouse, including a wonderful group picture. Stay tuned for photos of the donation delivery next week! ๐ธ
๐ฎ๐น Italy: Our colleagues in Italy set up a food box in the office ๐งบ, encouraging employees to donate food items they can spare. These contributions will be delivered to a local food bank soon. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far! ๐๐

๐ Recently at Advantech, we successfully harvested honey from our very own beehives ๐ฏ.
As part of our ongoing efforts in sustainability and biodiversity, these bees have been working hard, and the results are in!
๐ Additionally, we want to announce that, as part of our biodiversity initiative, we have donated a beehive to the Liquid Nature group working on the Sustainable Development Goals challenge.
This is another step towards strengthening our commitment to the environment. ๐

As part of our ESG initiatives plan, developed by talented students during last year's SDG Challenge, the Advantech team from our Eindhoven office in the Netherlands took action. Together, we planted 21 flower beds with beautiful flowers, contributing to a greener and more sustainable world.
