In the med-tech industry, highly complex automated CNC machines are used to produce a variety of healthcare products. Reliability and uptime are critical for managing cost, quality, and delivery. When there is no machine data on the root cause of problems, it is difficult to prevent issues from happening in the future..

SOLUTION:

In partnership with WrxFlo, we developed a solution to capture and process live updates from over 50 machine sensors. A tablet is used to capture events not recorded by the machine, and by using this data and the data available from the Client ERP system, complex machine learning can be implemented to correlate variables and develop algorithms that predict potential failures and prevent them.
